Todd and Kim Sherman are the Brokers and Owners of the Resident Realty office in Texas.

While Kim was born and raised in Austin, Todd moved to Texas in 1985 to attend The University of Texas and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Todd then attended Baylor Law School and upon graduation took a job at a large law firm in Dallas. Shortly thereafter, he had the opportunity to return to Austin to practice law and jumped at the opportunity. He has called Austin his home for over 30 years.

Todd and Kim have been married since 2000 and became drawn to real estate after they bought their first home together and experienced the challenges presented to first-time home buyers in a hot Austin market. The challenges incurred with that first purchase and the experience gained in representing their clients in legal matters for over 10 years, helped to shape how they would set themselves apart in the world of real estate. Todd and Kim vow to represent every one of their real estate clients with a passion, focusing on their client’s interests and needs.
